King Mountain Ranch 2008 Rates
King
Mountain Ranch rates provide you with spacious
accommodations in our lodge rooms or intimate King
House, on-site ranch activities, delicious appetizers
and hearty meals, non-alcoholic beverages, and unlimited
access to our bottomless cookie jar!
All
rates are full American Plan and include: lodging; three
meals a day; full horse program and all rides; daily
appetizers in the Trail’s End Lounge, Children’s
Program; fishing; hiking; archery; use of the oversized,
heated, indoor swimming pool and hot tub; recreation
center with billiards, ping pong, VCR movies, antique
bowling alley; and all ranch activities, including
cookouts, ranch rodeo, wagon rides, and more.
Additional charges will apply to the shooting sports:
skeet, trap, and sporting clays.

Our Parkview and Haystack lodges offer
extra-large rooms with either one king or two double
beds and private baths. Many rooms adjoin to create
comfortable family suites. Enjoy breathtaking views of
the beautiful Arapaho National Forest from outside
patios and decks. |

The King House is a beautiful,
secluded lodge perfect for large families or
groups. It has 8 bedrooms on three floors, with one
large bathroom centrally located on each floor. The
lodge has a beautiful stone fireplace joined by a
spacious living and dining area, a full-size kitchen
and private laundry facilities.. |

Reservations
We request weekly stays during
our prime summer season of July and August, checking
in Sunday afternoon after 3:00pm and checking out
the following Sunday morning after breakfast or
before 10:00am. We will accept reservations of
shorter length based on availability. A deposit of
40% of the base rate will hold your reservation.
Deposit/Cancellation
Information
Deposits
are fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled
prior to forty-five (45) days of your arrival. For
corporate groups, the policy is sixty (60) days
prior to arrival.
If it is necessary to cancel
within forty-five (45) days of your arrival (60 days
corporate groups), your deposit is non-refundable,
but we will be happy to apply the deposit towards a
new booking within one year. We highly recommend
trip insurance to protect your vacation investment.
Please Note: Schedule of
indoor and outdoor activities may be subject to
change or cancellation due to weather or unexpected
technical challenges. In such an event, King
Mountain Ranch will endeavor to provide adequate
substitute activities as available. |
