The Lodge
The two lodges at King Mountain Ranch Resort house 34 rooms containing either a King size or two Double beds. Our rooms boast a spectacular view of the Buffalo Valley and the surrounding mountain views. Many of our rooms have an outside entrance from a large redwood deck.Plenty of deck space for lounging and relaxing. Each room has a private bath. We also have adjoining rooms, ideal for families. All of our rooms are non-smoking.
The King House
This is a beautiful secluded lodge perfect for families and groups. It has 8 bedrooms on three floors, with a bathroom on each floor and can house up to 20 people. Enjoy a spacious living area along with a beautiful stone fireplace, full size kitchen and laundry facilities.
Our rooms do not have TVs or telephones. There are many phones located throughout the main lodge. We have some computers for guest use too.
We also offer excellent conference and retreat facilities for business meetings and team building functions.

King Mountain Ranch Resort Policy Information
DEPOSIT
Deposit/Cancellation Information: a 40% deposit will confirm your reservation. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and money orders. This deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled up to forty-five (45) days prior to your arrival (60 days in case of corporate groups). If it is necessary to cancel within forty-five (45) days of your arrival your deposit is non-refundable, but we will be happy to put the deposit amount towards a new booking within one year. We highly recommend trip insurance for your vacation in case something occurs that forces you to cancel. Please contact us for more information.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Three to seven night stays arrive on Sunday after 3:00 pm. Three night stays can also arrive on Thursday. Check-out is after breakfast or by 10:00 am on your departure day.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Additional charges include our single occupancy rate (additional $50/night), fireplace rooms (additional $25/night), alcoholic beverages purchased from our Trails End Bar, skeet/trap shooting, massages and any off-site activities.
